DESCRIPTION *About Lucta* At Lucta, we continue driving the digital transformation of our processes and are seeking to hire a **Business Intelligence Developer** to join our **Data \& Analytics** team. As a Business Intelligence Developer, you will participate in the development and evolution of analytical solutions that transform corporate data into actionable insights for decision-making. You will collaborate with various departments across the company, contributing to data integration projects, developing analytical models, and delivering reporting solutions with direct business impact. **What will you do in this role?** Your main responsibilities will include: * Analyzing requirements together with business units. * Developing and maintaining data integration processes (ETL). * Participating in the development and evolution of Data Warehouse and Data Mart models. * Designing and maintaining Business Intelligence and reporting solutions. * Providing functional and technical support to users. * Documenting developed solutions and collaborating on continuous improvement of the team's tools. REQUIREMENTS **Education** * Bachelor’s or Engineering degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or related fields. **Technical Knowledge** * SQL. * ETL processes. * Data Warehousing and dimensional modeling. * Business Intelligence and reporting tools. * Familiarity with SAP BODS, SAP BI, Qlik, and Big Data technologies is a plus. * Intermediate-to-advanced level of English. **Key Competencies** We are looking for a candidate with: * Strong analytical skills and problem-solving orientation. * Organizational ability and attention to detail. * Initiative and proactivity. * Ability to work effectively in a team. * Good communication skills. * Familiarity with agile methodologies (Agile, Scrum). **What we seek in you** We aim to hire someone passionate about data and analytics, eager to contribute to technology-driven projects that deliver tangible business value.
