UFM (Unified Faubourg Mobility) is the Group's flagship digital transformation programme, designed to replace multiple legacy fleet and mobility systems with a unified platform serving six business units across Europe (France, Germany, Spain, Belgium, the Netherlands and the United Kingdom). By consolidating business processes, data and user experiences into a single ecosystem, UFM aims to accelerate innovation, improve operational efficiency and support the future growth of the Group. The platform is developed through small cross\-functional pods operating on a shared technology foundation, allowing teams to deliver business value quickly while maintaining consistency, scalability and high product quality across all markets. **Job description** ------------------- We deliver in small pods: one product builder paired with one developer, on a shared platform. In each pod, the product builder owns what gets built: writes specs as working software using AI coding tools (Claude Code class), runs the loop with business experts, and owns UX conformance to the design system : * Turn module hypotheses into working increments — prototype WITH AI tools, not paper specs * Run the expert loop: capture how each BU runs the process, converge on the canonical version, validate with early\-adopter customers * Own the module's MVP scope and its UX conformance (design system, patterns) * Pair daily with your developer: you own the WHAT and the user truth; the pair owns quality together * Feed Early\-Adopter programme findings straight into the backlog you own. **Profile** ----------- Product sense first, with enough technical fluency to build. * Product sense first: PO / PM / functional analyst / designer background, or an operations expert who has been building their own tools * Hands\-on with AI coding tools, or demonstrably fast to get there * Sharp on user flows and data; writes clearly * Multi\-BU empathy: you will reconcile five countries' habits into one product * English working language; another European language is a plus. **Salary range for the position :** Paris : 78K€ \- 95K€ Munich : 94K€ \- 114K€ Berlin : 86K€ \- 105K€ Madrid : 62K€ \- 76K€ Barcelone : 59K€ \- 71K€ Brussels : 84K€ \- 103K€ Amsterdam : 90K€ \- 109K€ **This position is open to freelance contractors.** Fully remote working arrangements are accepted.
