Administrative tasks related to documentation and reservation tracking are also performed. The goal is to ensure a satisfactory customer experience by resolving questions and delivering efficient solutions. The team fosters a collaborative environment, particularly valuing strong communication skills and customer orientation. Basic proficiency with office tools is required for data management and report preparation. Minimum educational requirement is a Medium-Level Vocational Training Qualification (FP Grado Medio). This position is critical to maintaining service quality and customer loyalty. We seek a proactive individual with strong teamwork abilities. Prior experience in customer service and travel agencies is considered highly valuable for successful performance. A minimum of one year’s experience in telephone-based customer service is required, preferably in travel agencies or similar settings. Excellent communication skills, customer orientation, and problem-solving ability are essential. Proficiency in Catalan and additional languages is an advantage. Minimum education: FP Grado Medio. Basic knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
