Responsible for safety and regulatory compliance on site **Positions Available** ---------------------- 2 **Company** ----------- Tragsa **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Empresa de Transformación Agraria, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., the parent company of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in work related to rural development and nature conservation, seeks to hire 2 Foremen/Forewomen \- Sanitary Activities PPA (Barcelona) in Barcelona **Work Location** -------------------- * Barcelona Work within the province of Barcelona, with possible travel throughout the region. **Functions and Tasks** ---------------------- * Organize and schedule tasks with the site supervisor, assuming responsibility for progress of the works and immediately reporting any anomalies that arise. * Interpret blueprints, perform measurements and layout surveys. * Monitor machinery and workforce productivity, as well as complete and sign necessary reports regarding personnel and machinery. * Train team members on assigned tasks. * Comply with and ensure compliance with regulations concerning safety, quality, and site signage; responsible for informing newly hired personnel about the use of personal protective equipment and applicable safety measures on site. * Supervise receipt of materials, resources provided by collaborators and subcontractors, and their human teams. * Be accountable for assigned machinery and auxiliary resources, resolving any incidents that occur. * Supervise implementation of interventions regarding quality, measurements, productivity control, and materials. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with requirements and/or merits must be substantiated by completing evaluation tests and/or attaching required documentation in the “Annexes” section of the registration questionnaire. The Tragsa Group reserves the right to request at any stage of the process documentary evidence supporting information declared in the application, as well as to require supplementary information from the curriculum vitae whenever necessary to verify the stated requirements and/or merits for this vacancy. ### **Education** #### **Qualifications** * Hold a Spanish high school diploma (Bachiller), pre-university certificate (BUP or COU), vocational training qualification (FP I, CFGM, FP II, or CFGS), or equivalent qualification recognized in Spain or certified equivalence issued by the General Secretariat of Universities ### **Other Mandatory Requirements** * Valid Spanish type B driving license, currently in force. * Academic and/or professional training or experience related to forestry, environmental, or sanitary fields. **Merit Criteria (Evaluated)** ------------------------ ### **Education** #### **Additional Training** * At least 2000 hours of training in forestry, environmental, or sanitary fields. * Accredited training in population control actions for game species (minimum 12 hours) * Basic occupational risk prevention training in the forestry sector (minimum 50 hours) or in the construction sector (minimum 60 hours) * Valid firearms license #### **Languages** * Catalan Level: B2 ### **Prior Experience** * From 3 months up to 1 year of experience in monitoring and controlling game species, in roles similar to those described in this vacancy (professional and/or academic) **Observations** ----------------- * Application submission period runs from today, 04/05/2026, until 11/05/2026 at 23:59 (Peninsular Time).
