Main responsibilities: * Social project management: Identifying funding calls, designing and drafting proposals, conducting final evaluations and preparing justification reports, supervising activities, monitoring impact indicators, liaising with various public and private funders, supporting the organization of events and activities related to the NGO’s projects. * Association organization and management: General assemblies of members, drafting minutes, supporting the Board of Directors, managing association registries, complying with good practice requirements (e.g., Fundación Lealtad), Public Utility status, and legal regulations (e.g., data protection), coordinating university internships. * Participation in the entity’s general tasks **Profile:** * University degree in Social Work, Sociology, Political Science, Business Administration or related fields. * Professional experience: At least 2 years’ experience managing social projects within NGOs and organizing/managing associations.
