We work to improve the quality of life of minors living in protection centers and young people who have aged out of care, implementing, among others, the Collaborative Families Program, the Volunteering Program in Minors’ Protection Centers, and the One-to-One Program. Additionally, we run an international development cooperation program in Paraguay. We are seeking a Project and Association Management Technician to join our team. This person will be responsible for designing, managing, and reporting on social projects targeting the children and youth we serve, as well as ensuring compliance with legal requirements applicable to associations and good practice standards. Main responsibilities: * Social project management: Identifying funding calls, designing and drafting proposals, conducting final evaluations and preparing justification reports, supervising activities, monitoring impact indicators, liaising with various public and private funders, supporting the organization of events and activities related to the NGO’s projects. * Association organization and management: General assemblies of members, drafting minutes, supporting the Board of Directors, managing association registries, complying with good practice requirements (e.g., Fundación Lealtad), Public Utility status, and legal regulations (e.g., data protection), coordinating university internships. * Participation in the entity’s general tasks **Profile:** * University degree in Social Work, Sociology, Political Science, Business Administration or related fields. * Professional experience: At least 2 years’ experience managing social projects within NGOs and organizing/managing associations. Knowledge and skills: * + Familiarity with identifying public and private funding opportunities, as well as with proposal formulation and preparation of project justification reports. + Familiarity with current legal requirements and regulations applicable to associations. + Knowledge of good practices in NGO management. + Proficiency in digital tools, especially Microsoft Office 365\.
