Ensures compliance with safety, quality, and environmental requirements Palafolls \| 1 Vacancy Posted on 24 Nov 2025 General Information Study, control, and verification of maintenance work on equipment, installations, and *utilities*, in accordance with corporate standards, to deliver products and services that guarantee required safety, quality, and process performance, while minimizing the environmental impact of operations. * Study, control, and verification of maintenance work * Control of spare parts used during such interventions * Monitoring and evaluation of external repairs * Validation of work requests generated for maintenance * Identification and management of necessary work permits for carrying out maintenance activities, if required * Validation of work order closure effectiveness, including associated costs and resources used * Ensuring all maintenance activities (internal and external) comply with safety, quality, and environmental requirements * Identification of critical spare parts and minimum stock levels to ensure maintenance process efficiency * Maintenance of spare parts and work equipment inventory * Ensuring integrity of all data / records associated with their activities * Is part of the continuous improvement team * Collaboration in defining maintenance plans aligned with maintenance process objectives * Collaboration in defining the maintenance plan strategy * Maintenance of essential records and documentation for maintenance management * Establishment and maintenance of cooperative relationships with stakeholders; ensuring smooth communication with internal processes and external personnel * Keeping technical knowledge up-to-date, as well as legal knowledge related to GMPs, environment, quality, occupational risk prevention, and industrial safety * Maintaining order and cleanliness at the workplace and in all areas where activities are carried out Requirements* Electrical or Electronic Engineer / Instrumentation Technician / Vocational Training Certificate (CFGM/CFGS) in Electrotechnology * Desirable: * 50-hour occupational risk prevention course. Demonstrable knowledge of SIL instrumentation requirements and ATEX environments. Demonstrable knowledge of PLC & SCADA systems and/or Aveva.
