The Full Stack Tech Lead role involves actively contributing to the development and design of our solutions. Development \& Implementation * Design and develop new features and improve existing ones * Contribute to defining technical architectures * Collaborate with designers and product teams to ensure a smooth user experience * Ensure code quality through testing, code reviews, and the implementation of best practices (unit, integration, and E2E tests, TDD, Clean Code / Clean Architecture) 2\. Maintenance \& Support * Ensure application stability, performance, and security * Contribute to observability analysis and performance optimization * Document features, APIs, and technical components 3\.
