Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage personnel, planning, execution control, and on-site logistics, ensuring quality and adherence to deadlines. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages teams and subcontractors, supervising their performance and development. 2. Interprets blueprints, monitors execution, and proposes solutions to deviations. 3. Supervises logistics and material management, inventory, and machinery. **Responsibilities** ---------- 1\. Personnel and Team Management Organize, allocate, and coordinate work teams and subcontractors. Supervise that workers under their responsibility fulfill their duties and maintain a good work pace. Monitor attendance, working hours, and identify training needs. 2\. Planning and Execution Control Interpret blueprints, layout plans, and technical specifications to guide operatives. Supervise daily progress of works to ensure compliance with the project and quality standards. Identify delivery schedule deviations and propose immediate corrective solutions. 3\. Logistics and Material Management Supervise receipt, storage, and proper distribution of materials on site. Control tool inventory and manage machinery in/out logistics.
