




Job Summary: We are seeking a procurement administrative assistant to manage international transactions, logistical and documentary follow-up, and communication with suppliers. Telephone reception and communication with customers or suppliers. Computerized management of international transactions, using digital tools for processing and tracking operations. Logistical follow-up of transactions, ensuring proper execution and control of international processes. Document management, organizing and keeping documentation up to date. * 12 months of experience. Prior experience in a procurement department. * Vocational Training Certificate (Intermediate Level). * English (intermediate spoken and written). * Competencies / Knowledge: Solid office software skills.
