We are more than 4,000 professionals across 11 countries, with a multicultural, startup-oriented culture that fosters innovation, continuous learning, and the creation of high-impact solutions for our clients. #### **We are looking for: Java/SpringBoot Developer** Location: **Málaga** Work Model: **Hybrid** ### **Key Responsibilities:** * Design, develop, and maintain backend microservice-based services using Java / SpringBoot, ensuring quality, scalability, and adherence to standards. * Implement **Event-Driven Architectures**, integrating technologies such as Kafka and event-oriented design patterns. * Ensure compliance with required quality and security standards, applying best practices across the entire development lifecycle. * Collaborate with functional and technical teams to implement solutions aligned with transactional banking and its requirements. * Participate in the integration of high-performance, low-latency APIs, ensuring efficiency and capacity to handle large volumes. * Contribute to the team’s agile processes (Scrum), collaborating in planning, backlog refinement, testing, and continuous improvement activities. ### **Requirements** **Mandatory:** * **Minimum 5 years of experience** in backend development with Java (versions 8–11). * Experience with microservices and Event-Driven architecture. * Advanced knowledge of SpringBoot, SpringCloud, and Kafka. * Experience with CI/CD tools: GitHub, Jenkins, UrbanCode. * Solid knowledge of observability tools: Grafana, Prometheus. * Experience in software quality assurance: Sonar, Kiuwan, and testing practices. * Functional knowledge of transactional banking. * Experience working under agile methodologies. **Desirable:** * Experience with APIConnect and development of high-performance APIs (low latency and high throughput). * University degree in Systems Engineering, Telecommunications, or related fields. * Intermediate or advanced English proficiency. **Minimum B2 level (test required).** ### **We offer:** * Permanent contract with competitive salary. * Hybrid work model, including office attendance in Málaga. * Personalized career plan and continuous training (certifications, English, etc.). * Participation in stable projects with a strong technical component. * Flexible working hours and focus on work-life balance. * Social benefits tailored to your needs.
