**Description:** ---------------- **‍ We are looking for an Executive Chef for Nativo Hotel Ibiza!** At **NCalma Hotels**, we continue to grow and are seeking an Executive Chef to lead the kitchen at **Nativo Hotel Ibiza**, a distinctive hotel where gastronomy is one of the cornerstones of our guests’ experience. If you enjoy creating high-quality culinary proposals, leading teams, and working in a dynamic environment, this could be your next opportunity. **What will be your mission?** You will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, ensuring service excellence, the quality of every dish prepared, and leading a team committed to delivering a memorable gastronomic experience. **What will you do?** Lead and coordinate the kitchen team. Organize daily operations and ensure efficient service. Design and update the hotel’s gastronomic offerings. Supervise food quality, dish presentation, and standardization. Manage procurement, suppliers, inventories, and cost control. Ensure compliance with HACCP standards and food safety regulations.
