Recognized for its commitment to excellence and innovation, the company seeks to strengthen its Ibiza team by hiring a Technical Architect for its Architecture Department. **Responsibilities:** Active participation in all project phases—from initial feasibility studies through to final executive documentation. Preparation of urban planning reports related to the plots under study. Contribution to architectural design, applying spatial judgment, conceptual clarity, and proportion control. Development of virtual modeling and support in visual schematics and presentation materials. Development and coordination of basic and executive projects in compliance with Balearic and Ibiza-specific regulations. Precise production of technical documentation in AutoCAD, adhering to uniform graphic standards. Preparation of construction details, definition of technical solutions, and technical coordination with external engineering firms. Preparation of documentation required for permits, certifications, and administrative procedures. Participation in the creation and consolidation of the firm’s internal systems: CAD templates, libraries, protocols, and standards. Primarily office-based work, with occasional collaboration on technical supervision and construction site monitoring. Requirements University degree in Technical Architecture or closely related field. Minimum five years’ verifiable professional experience as a Studies Technician or in roles equivalent to those described above. Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and ability to work with graphic precision and consistency. Knowledge of 3D modeling (SketchUp or Rhino) and graphic tools (Photoshop/Illustrator). Experience in architectural consultancy/studios is desirable. High level of architectural judgment, local construction sensitivity, and attention to detail.
