Support the successful delivery of services and corresponding customer satisfaction. * Application assessments and requirements. * Application design and architecture. * Functional process and design. * Application implementation \- successful track record in Technology Consulting. * Technology diagnosis and assessment involving large strategic projects. * Sales activities involving large strategic projects. * Establishing and maintaining successful relationships with key clients, learning how to develop and articulate delivered value in a way that drives and influences customer engagement and future partnership. * Financial management practices related to projects and programs. * Effective risk management. * Delivery methodologies. * Systems Integration delivery.
