We are seeking a professional with experience to lead, standardize, and evolve the entire systems and communications infrastructure of a corporate group with subsidiaries. The selected candidate will be responsible for designing the architecture, ensuring service availability and continuity, and managing projects in collaboration with vendors. Responsibilities will include defining long-term plans, standards, security strategies, capacity planning, and cost optimization—both for on-premises and cloud-based solutions. Performance assurance and proper application of updates, as well as backup management and task automation, will also be required. Additionally, LAN/WAN networks and VPNs will be administered, and Azure services—including digital identity—will be managed. Monitoring tools will be designed and incidents responded to. Basic SQL database operations will also be assumed, and vendor-led projects supervised to ensure correct implementation of policies and internal audits. Team leadership—including mentoring and communication with business units—will be essential. 10 years as Consultant or Systems and Networks Manager Spoken and written English for interaction with international vendors Solid experience in all or most of the listed technology stack, especially: VMware/vSAN, IBM SAN, Veeam, Azure/M365, Fortinet (FortiGate/FortiSwitch/FortiAP/FortiSASE), Aruba, Windows Server, SLES, RHEL/CentOS, Lenovo/HPE, SQL, Pandora FMS, GLPI SaaS. End-to-end project, incident, and client/business communication management. HLD/LLD design, operational documentation, and knowledge transfer. ITIL knowledge (Incident/Problem/Change). Fluent Spanish; English for interaction with international vendors (high level preferred). Preferred qualifications **Certifications:** VMware VCP-DCV, Veeam VMCE, Fortinet NSE 4/5/7, Microsoft (AZ-104/AZ-305/MS-102), Nutanix NCP-MCI, Citrix CCA-V/CCP-V, IBM Storage, ITIL v4. Experience with Exchange, Microsoft 365, and SAP. Automation (PowerShell, Ansible), IaC (Terraform), Intune/SCCM, scripting, and identity security. Experience in multi-site/multi-company environments.
