TECHNICAL ENGINEER - VENTILATION

This position is located in the technical department of the company in Cardedeu \- Barcelona. The main responsibilities include designing new fans—both domestic and industrial—and optimizing existing ones to improve performance and reduce costs; as well as correcting errors detected during assembly stages in the production department of the Cardedeu-based company. These fans, designed using Autodesk Inventor, will be fully dimensioned in drawings and sent to suppliers. In addition to all tasks related to design and assembly process planning, standard and fire tests will be conducted. The company operates its own laboratory equipped with all necessary instruments for performing standard tests. Fire tests are outsourced. The fans must be properly assembled, connected with appropriate wiring, and tested using dedicated software. Once verified, results will be analyzed and conclusions drawn. Production planning management will also constitute an important part of the work. New products must be coded, and production plans created or modified using the company’s management software (a3\- ERP). Additional comments: We seek a technical engineer with expertise in ventilation. The candidate will report directly to the Technical Director—a professional with over 25 years of experience in the industrial ventilation sector. The Technical Office is responsible for developing new products, improving existing ones, and planning and optimizing workers’ operational processes. It also handles feasibility studies and quotations for large-scale projects, as well as entering technical data into our ERP system (a3\). Candidates must possess knowledge in electrotechnics, fluid dynamics, hydraulic machinery, and technical drawing—including 2D and 3D drafting.
