We are looking for a Selection Technician for our office in Barcelona. What will your responsibilities be? Within the Selection and Development department, you will carry out the following duties: Recruitment and selection for hiring processes. Creation and implementation of talent development programs, such as educational growth pathways across different company departments. Participation in the international internship program (contacting national and international universities, managing internship agreements, attending workshops and job fairs...)
