Job Summary: We are seeking talented Partie Chefs to create memorable gastronomic experiences in 5-star resorts, managing stations and expressing creativity within multicultural teams. WeMoveWise is looking for talented Partie Chefs for an international leader in hospitality and leisure at 5-star resorts, to create memorable gastronomic experiences in France. **Environment:** Premium All-Inclusive resorts with multiple restaurants (buffets, plated service, show cooking, and events). Conceptual spaces where creativity and technique are expressed, working alongside multicultural teams. **Main Mission:** * Manage the station autonomously (hot, cold, or pastry depending on profile). * Ensure production in high-end collective catering (600 to 1,000 covers per service). * Participate in buffet launch and restocking. * Collaborate in show cooking and gastronomic events. * Strictly comply with hygiene and safety standards. * Train and mentor junior cooks. * Contribute to creating emotions and memorable experiences for guests. **Requirements:** * Minimum 2\-3 years of experience as a Partie Chef. * Creativity and eagerness to surprise guests. * Rigor in hygiene and safety standards. * Ability to handle large volumes without compromising quality. * Minimum conversational English (B1\) for working in international teams. * Organization, speed, and team spirit. * Positive attitude and service orientation. **Key Conditions and Benefits:** * Seasonal employment contract (CDD saisonnier). * Salary: €1,400 net. * Accommodation included at the resort (5-star resort hotel). * Meals included. * Travel expenses covered by the employer. * Possible access to all facilities of the 5-star resort. * Full-time schedule. * Location: Various resorts in France (French Alps and other mountain/coastal locations).
