**WHAT WILL YOU DO DAILY?**
* Format, code, and dispatch letters.
* Receive, code, and distribute letters.
* Prepare meeting minutes.
* Prepare internal program progress reports.
* Prepare client-facing program progress reports.
* Receive, code, and distribute technical documentation from suppliers (VFI).
* Upload documents to the client-facing exchange platform.

**Work Experience**
**WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**
* Demonstrate at least B2-level English proficiency.
* Have at least one year of experience in roles similar to those described, within shipbuilding projects.
* Demonstrate training and/or experience with the Microsoft Office suite.
* Hold a degree in Social Sciences and Law or equivalent.
* Demonstrate a minimum of six months’ experience using Windchill and Microsoft Teams.
**REQUIRED/DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE**
* Degree in Social Sciences and Law or equivalent.
* Minimum six months’ experience using Windchill and Microsoft Teams.
* At least B2-level English proficiency.
* Minimum one year of experience in roles similar to those described, within shipbuilding projects.
* Training and/or experience with the Microsoft Office suite
