**Positions Available** ---------------------- 1 **Company** ----------- Tragsatec **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Tecnologías y Servicios Agrarios, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., a subsidiary of the TRAGSA GROUP specialized in engineering, consultancy, and technical assistance services in agricultural, livestock, forestry, and environmental matters, seeks to hire 1 Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree graduate in Law + Official Master’s Degree in Law on the island of Gran Canaria. **Work Location** -------------------- * Las Palmas **Functions and Responsibilities** ---------------------- * Review of tender documents and files under Law 9/2017 * Legal management and oversight of European Funds * Public procurement processes **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with the requirements must be substantiated by attaching the following documents, as applicable, in the “Annexes” section of the application (or during the selection process): * Official academic qualification certificate or proof of payment of fees for issuance of the academic degree. * Employment record and/or employment contract verifying the required professional experience. * Academic internship annexes verifying the required academic experience, where applicable. ### **Education** #### **Qualifications** * Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Law + Official Master’s Degree in Administrative Law and Public Administration, Contract Law, or European Union Law (MECES Level 3) (qualification officially recognized in Spain or equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat of Universities). ### **Other Mandatory Requirements** * Valid Class B driving license **Merit Criteria (Evaluated)** ------------------------ ### **Additional Meritorious Factors** * Experience in procurement departments, legal services, or audit units reviewing tender documents and files under Law 9/2017 (if not documented, verification will occur during the technical interview) * Experience verifying EU regulations (ERDF, EMFAF, ESF), expenditure eligibility, and anti-fraud legislation (if not documented, verification will occur during the technical interview) * Experience handling administrative procedures, resolving appeals, or managing subsidies under Law 38/2003 (if not documented, verification will occur during the technical interview) * Postgraduate degrees (official or proprietary) directly related to administrative law. * Specialized courses on Law 9/2017 on Public Sector Contracts, lasting at least 40 hours. * Training on EU regulations, public audit, or financial management of subsidies. * Proficiency in Procurement Platforms (PLACSP) or Fund Management Systems (if not documented, verification will occur during the technical interview) **Observations** ----------------- * Offer includes: + Fixed-term contract with an estimated duration of 36 months, linked to the execution of the assignment detailed in the announcement for the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan or funded by European Union funds. + Full-time working hours.
