Platform Design and Development: Design, develop, and optimize payment platforms supporting all aspects related to issuance, tokenization, and multichannel feature development. Payment Issuance Solutions: Develop and oversee payment issuance processes, ensuring secure, reliable, and scalable solutions for physical and online transactions, payment acceptance and authorization, new payment rails, etc. Collaboration: Work closely with product, operations, and business teams to align technological initiatives with business objectives and customer needs. Generate Reports, Presentations, and Strategic Analysis: Lead the creation and presentation of detailed reports, data visualizations, and scenario analyses to support strategic decision-making. This includes estimating and planning the technology roadmap, assessing risks and opportunities, and presenting clear, actionable conclusions to executive teams and key stakeholders. Ensure these reports reflect both technical performance metrics and business strategic goals, facilitating effective communication aligned with the organization’s long-term vision. Front: As the mobile channel is our primary entry point, knowledge of front-end technologies such as web components or even experience with cells will be highly valued. **Professional Experience** Experience in Payment Methods, primarily in the issuing domain: physical, virtual, new payment rails, etc. Knowledge of the payments industry: networks, processors, certifications, 3DS, fraud, tokenization, etc. Technical Engineering Degree/Bachelor's in Computer Science or Telecommunications desirable. Team leadership experience: minimum 2 years. Software Development: Background in software development and technological architecture design. Prior experience in programming or software engineering is particularly valued. Experience executing technology projects in complex and global environments.
