Your daily impact: * You will lead multidisciplinary and multicultural teams to implement cutting\-edge technology solutions (HRIS, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Meta4\), ensuring outstanding results and optimal operations. You will redesign key processes using agile methodologies to remove bottlenecks and boost productivity. * You will ensure compliance and reliability at every stage, maintaining a holistic view of talent management. * You will measure outcomes and refine strategies for long\-term success, communicating and training the organization to ensure the effective adoption of new technologies. * You will guide the change process by managing interactions with stakeholders in line with the company’s global corporate strategy. * You will be a driving force behind a key transformation, supporting a broad and dynamic team to achieve high\-impact results while managing budgets and resources. Requisitos What profile are we looking for? * Degree in Labor Relations, Business Administration, Law, Psychology, Engineering or similar, with advanced training in Project Management, Digital Transformation, or HR Management. * Proven 5–7 years of experience leading digital projects focused on personnel administration or HR consulting. * Fluent English, both spoken and written. * Strong technical knowledge of end\-to\-end employee lifecycle processes and experience working with HR Information Systems (HRIS). * Specialization in payroll processes, with the ability to identify improvement opportunities, optimize workflows, and lead digitalization projects. * In\-depth knowledge and application of Lean, Agile, and Six Sigma methodologies.
