You will be responsible for leading strategic analysis of product, consumer, and competitor behavior within the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector. Your role will be pivotal in marketing decision-making and in developing private-label brand projects, acting as a strategic partner to the commercial team. You will manage a team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and consumer orientation. We seek a candidate with product sensitivity, strategic vision, and leadership capability. Key responsibilities: - Analyze product, consumer, and competitive behavior. - Lead and drive a team of professionals. - Implement strategic initiatives related to consumers and category management. - Collaborate closely with the commercial team, anticipating their needs. - Develop and implement private-label brand projects. - Align all activities with a robust and coherent marketing strategy. ### **Requirements** Bachelor’s degree in Marketing & Market Research / Business Administration and Management (ADE). English proficiency at B2/C1 level. Proven experience in the FMCG sector. Experience implementing consumer- and category-focused projects. Leadership capability and ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams. Product sensitivity and strategic orientation.
