




We are looking for a Field Technician for the SRP division at Sandvik Española, reporting to the Technical Service Coordinator based in Madrid, with the mission of carrying out technical service activities related to crushing, both in the field and in the workshop. Main responsibilities: * Provide technical advice and perform repairs when necessary. * Solve problems, provide technical support, and carry out repairs, both with customers and the SRP team, as required. * Maintain and improve EHS standards, reporting to the Service Coordinator and the EHS responsible, ensuring compliance with Sandvik Española's safety plan. * Perform repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting tasks, actively engaging to achieve complete customer satisfaction. * Prepare accurate and coordinated technical reports in collaboration with the technical service manager. * Carry out tasks aimed at achieving KPIs (e.g., utilization, contracts, etc.) as well as assigned quality objectives. * Communicate to the rest of the team any spare parts and consumables offers when required by the work. * Provide telephone support to customers when needed. We are looking for a professional with: * At least 1 year of experience in a similar role within the mining and/or construction sector, or as a service technician with a minimum of 3 years of experience. * Minimum educational requirement: Higher Vocational Training (FPII) in Mechanical/Electrical specialization or Technical Engineering. * Intermediate level of English and proficiency in Office software. * A committed, responsible, proactive individual with strong customer orientation and teamwork skills. * The position requires availability to travel.
