Responsibilities * Define, execute, and oversee data strategy: Establish and implement the company's data vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Maximize data's contribution to company OKRs. * Build infrastructure: Design, build, and maintain a robust, scalable, and efficient data architecture, including data pipelines, data warehousing, and ETL/ELT processes. * Modeling and analysis: Develop data models and advanced analytics to generate actionable insights that drive growth and operational efficiency. * Team leadership: Develop, define, and manage the data team, fostering a high-performance and collaborative environment. * Stakeholder collaboration: Align and work closely with Product, Tech, and Operations teams to identify improvement opportunities and ensure data serves business needs. What we're looking for * Experience leading data strategies in fast-growing environments (ideally startups). * Strong knowledge of data architecture, modeling, and governance. * Proficiency in SQL and Python, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure). * Experience with visualization tools (Tableau, QlikSense, etc.). * Strategic thinker with an impact-oriented mindset and strong execution skills. * Degree in Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
