This department coordinates with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver impactful experiences that reflect the company’s values and leadership in the telecom sector. Learning Objectives Throughout the internship, the student will: * Learn to support the **planning and logistics** of global events, including invitation processes, registration platforms, and speaker coordination. * Understand the basics of **event lifecycle management**, including brief creation, documentation, and internal coordination. * Gain experience with **event execution tools** and systems used to manage assets, timelines, and vendor communications. * Develop **training materials and process documentation** to support best practices in global event delivery. * Lead or contribute to **ad hoc projects** that support strategic first\-party events. The internship provides a balance of hands\-on learning, cross\-functional exposure, and the opportunity to actively contribute to the success of international events. Mentorship and Supervision The student will be integrated into the Global Events team under the guidance of an experienced mentor who will: * Define personalized learning goals and track development throughout the internship. * Provide regular feedback and opportunities to reflect and grow. * Facilitate access to internal training and knowledge\-sharing sessions. Candidate Profile **University Degree** Students enrolled in degrees such as **Event Management**, **Hospitality Management**, **Business Administration**, **Marketing**, or **Communication Studies**. **Required Skills**: * Strong **organizational skills** and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. * Excellent **verbal and written communication**. * Keen **attention to detail** and accuracy. * Ability to collaborate effectively within a **team environment**. * Proactive and resilient, with **agile problem\-solving skills**. * Basic familiarity with **event management platforms** and productivity tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). **Languages** **Fluency in English** is required.
