At the same time, you will support the Head Chef in planning, executing, and organizing kitchen operations in line with company standards. **Main Responsibilities ...** * Prepare the kitchen and section prior to service. * Prepare, marinate, cut, and pre-cook all food items ready for serving. * Follow recipes, control portion sizes, plating, and presentation specifications to deliver consistent, high-quality dishes. * Follow our complete allergy procedure to ensure the safety of our members, guests, and team. * Replenish all items as needed during the shift. * Clean, sanitize, and maintain the section, ensuring compliance with all food hygiene and safety regulations. * Properly maintain and use all equipment. * Assist in thoroughly cleaning, sanitizing, and organizing the kitchen, storage areas, and pantry to maintain an immaculate working environment. * Attend regular team meetings and training sessions to stay informed about any menu or service changes, special offers, as well as daily tastings. * Supervise, guide, and train others as necessary. * Participate in Cookhouse events and role-specific learning and development opportunities to enhance skills, knowledge, and passion. * Support the team as required. * Develop and maintain positive, productive, and professional relationships with the team, treating everyone with kindness and respect. **What We Offer …** Ongoing training, growth opportunities, and international mobility.
