Winning Consulting is seeking an **SR Digital Consultant** to join our team in Madrid. Hybrid work model. **Responsibilities:** * Conceive, develop, and implement digital solutions, with a focus on Microsoft technologies. * Define robust and scalable IT architectures aligned with clients’ business objectives. * Apply and promote best development practices and agile methodologies. * Support the definition of technology strategies and roadmaps for prospective clients. * Participate in requirements-gathering meetings and workshops, translating client needs into technical proposals. * Prepare commercial proposals and technical presentations, ensuring solutions are scalable and viable. * Demonstrate proofs of concept (PoCs) and prototypes to validate solutions with clients. * Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify business opportunities and propose innovative solutions. * Ensure proposals reflect best practices in architecture, security, and scalability. * Work closely with clients to understand technical and business requirements. * Support the integration of various systems and applications within the client’s ecosystem. * Resolve technical challenges and support the adoption of new digital solutions. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience in consulting, including participation in digital transformation and technology solution development projects. * Solid experience in designing and documenting information systems architectures (TOGAF certification or equivalent is valued). * Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools such as Confluence, Jira, or Azure DevOps. * Experience designing cloud-based solutions (Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services). * Interest and knowledge in Artificial Intelligence (LLMs, Semantic Kernel, LangChain, PromptFlow, etc.) are valued. * Native-level proficiency in Spanish; English and French proficiency are valued. ### **About Winning Consulting** At **Winning Consulting**, we provide consulting, training, recruitment, and research services.
