We are looking for professionals with solid experience in Contact Center administration, IP telephony, CTI integration, network access control (NAC), and network electronics configuration. Particularly valued will be the ability to independently assume technical responsibilities and work effectively in dynamic environments. ***Responsibilities:*** * Administration and maintenance of Contact Center systems. * Configuration and management of IP telephony and CTI systems. * Management of network access control (NAC) systems. * Configuration and maintenance of network electronics. * Coordination with technical and support teams to ensure infrastructure availability and security. * Incident resolution and end-user support according to internal procedures. ***What we offer:*** * Contract type: Permanent * Work mode: Hybrid * Location: Madrid, Avenida de Manoteras * Working hours: Monday to Thursday 9:00 \- 18:30 \| Friday 8:00 \- 15:00 **Requirements:** --------------- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in Contact Center administration, IP telephony, CTI integration, NAC, and network electronics configuration. Higher Vocational Training in Systems or equivalent qualification. Ability to work autonomously and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Solid knowledge in hardware and software systems and networks administration. ***Valued skills:*** Previous experience in similar projects for public or private sector clients. Certifications related to systems, networking, or IP telephony administration.
