We are a pioneering engineering company specializing in the design of satellite technology and equipment for space exploration. In Defense, we handle the design and production of equipment and systems, including unmanned systems. The selected candidate will be responsible for software quality assurance in space and defense projects. **Your Responsibilities:** * Define and implement software quality plans aligned with customer requirements and regulatory frameworks applicable to products * Review software specifications and ensure traceability with applicable requirements * Manage quality for software subcontracts / use of pre-existing software * Manage software issues and non-conformities related to software * Manage software configuration * Manage indicators related to software product quality characteristics * Prepare software quality records and software configuration audits * Document software quality assurance activities * Develop/ensure operational reliability activities (SRAMS, SFMECA, failure analysis) * Participate in Design Reviews and Phase Gates * Actively participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, software design and development, unit testing, integration testing, implementation, and diagnostics * Ensure adherence to standards and procedures throughout the software development lifecycle; monitor both process and final product **What We Expect From You:** * Industrial, Mechanical, Electronics, or Telecommunications Engineering degree * Minimum 3 years of experience performing the duties described * Experience in space and defense-related projects is desirable * Advanced English proficiency * Knowledge of: * Standards: ECSS, DO-178, DO-254, AQAP/PECAL 2210. * Configuration management (SVN, Git) * Quality tools: SonarQube, Polyspace, LDRA, DOORS * Programming languages: C, Python * Systems: RTEMS, GNU GCC, Docker, CI/CD, DevOps **What We Offer You:** These are some of the benefits you will enjoy at Sener: * Join a multidisciplinary, highly skilled team working on internationally recognized, technologically innovative projects * Continue your professional development with us through extensive training opportunities (technical, soft skills, language training, etc.) * Take care of your physical and emotional well-being through our wellness program: sports, workshops, medical services, physiotherapy, etc. * Optimize your compensation with our flexible benefits plan (meal card, private health insurance, childcare vouchers, etc.) and benefit from our life and accident insurance * Enjoy flexible working arrangements!
