**Position Mission** Ensure the continuous, safe, and efficient operation of all hotel facilities through corrective, preventive, and conservation maintenance tasks, complying with the company's established quality, sustainability, and safety standards. **Main Responsibilities** * Perform basic repairs in electricity, plumbing, masonry, painting, and carpentry (outlets, faucets, locks, tiles, etc.) in guest rooms and common areas. * Respond to service requests reported by guests or departments.
