This is not a traditional sales role; we are looking for someone who sells **value, expertise, and reputation**, not prices. **Main Responsibilities:** · Open doors and build relationships with: o Villa and residential developers o Hotel and branded residence construction companies o Family offices and investors · Position Adarve as a **strategic partner**, not a supplier. · Identify projects **before they are finalized**. · Coordinate high-level meetings with architects, project managers, developers, and investors. · Support clients throughout the entire process, **not just project follow-up**. **Desired Profile:** · Commercial or business development experience in the construction, residential development, or hospitality sectors. · Strong knowledge of the sector and the ability to navigate relationships with developers, architects, project managers, and investors. · Ability to identify and develop high-value opportunities. · Preferable background in construction companies, property developers, architecture/engineering firms, or contract/hospitality companies. · Real network in Marbella, Estepona, Sotogrande, and/or Madrid/Barcelona. **What We Offer:** · Participation in high-value strategic landscaping projects. · Immediate incorporation into a growing project with autonomy and relevance. · A role with a real impact on the company’s business strategy.
