Our Procurement Specialist will be responsible for managing the full procurement cycle, from sourcing suppliers and negotiating contracts to overseeing travel logistics and ensuring compliance with internal policies. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, and skilled at balancing cost\-efficiency with quality and reliability. **Responsibilities** **Vendor management:** * Identify, contact, and evaluate new suppliers and service providers to ensure the best value, quality, and reliability. * Maintain strong relationships with existing vendors to ensure continued service excellence. **Procurement operations:** * Source and negotiate prices, payment terms, and service conditions with vendors. * Request and compare quotes, ensuring that all purchases comply with company procurement policies. **Contract and documentation management:** * Prepare procurement\-related documents and submit vendor contracts for Legal review. * Maintain an updated supplier database, track contract renewal dates, and ensure timely collection of invoices and supporting documentation for the Accounting team. **Business travel coordination:** * Book all business travel for employees, including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation, while optimizing cost and convenience. * Collaborate with the People \& Events Coordinator on travel arrangements for team events and off\-site meetings. **Expense optimization and compliance:** * Implement cost\-saving initiatives and monitor vendor performance to ensure adherence to budgets and company standards. * Support compliance with internal expense and procurement procedures. **Requirements** * Proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or operations coordination. * Experience using CRM or procurement management tools. * English proficiency. * Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. * Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. * Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. **What's in Blue for you?** * Great environment and team spirit. * 37\.5 working hours/week. * Entrance flexibility between 8\-10am. * Remote work on Fridays. * Health insurance. * Flexible remuneration with Cobee for meals, public transport and nursery. * Coffee, tea and fresh fruit everyday. * In office events: workshops, celebrations, department lunch... **Note:** This is a full\-time, onsite position.
