Job Summary: You will supervise the packaging process, ensuring proper machinery operation, correct labeling, and final product quality, as well as performing basic maintenance and organizing goods. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive management of the packaging process and product quality. 2. Performing basic machinery maintenance tasks. 3. Organizing and safely palletizing goods in the warehouse. In this position in Estepona, you will be responsible for managing the entire packaging process on the production line. Your primary task will be to supervise that the machinery operates correctly and that no materials are missing, ensuring each product is properly labeled and ready for dispatch. It is essential to continuously inspect the final product’s quality to ensure it meets expectations, paying close attention to details from start to final packaging. In addition to preparing products, you will carry out basic maintenance tasks to prevent assembly line stoppages. You will also be responsible for organizing and safely palletizing goods in the warehouse. This is a full-time temporary contract where adaptability and teamwork are key requirements. Compulsory Secondary Education, minimum 2 years’ prior experience, immediate availability, and residence in the area.
