At **HOVIMA Hotels**, we are looking for a Second Animation Manager to support the coordination and execution of the entertainment program, ensuring memorable experiences for our guests. **Job Mission** Support the Animation Manager in planning, executing, and supervising departmental activities, ensuring high quality, dynamism, and customer satisfaction. **Main Responsibilities** * Coordinate the animation team by communicating guidelines, promoting teamwork, and collaborating on scheduling, shift assignments, and vacation planning. * Substitute for the Animation Manager during their absence, assuming full departmental management responsibilities. * Participate in event planning and execution, collaborating on designing new activities and supervising setup, venues, and technical requirements. * Act as host or facilitator during events, ensuring smooth execution and encouraging team engagement. * Manage the department’s storage area: cleaning, organizing, and maintaining equipment and stage props. * Monitor inventory levels of materials and supplies, coordinating restocking and deliveries with suppliers and maintenance teams. * Contribute to creating visual content for social media or internal platforms. * Train and coach team members, ensuring proper delivery of games and activities and maintaining a professional presentation. **Educational Requirements** * Degree or Higher Vocational Training qualification in Socio-Cultural and Tourism Animation, Physical Education, or related field. * Fluent command of both Spanish and English. * Certificate of no sexual offense convictions, mandatory under current legislation. **Required Experience** * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar role or as a Senior Animator. * Experience coordinating teams and developing/executing animation programs. **Candidate Profile** * Dynamic, creative, and proactive individual. * Strong interpersonal skills, leadership ability, and adaptability to diverse environments and work rhythms. * High mobility within the hotel and positive attitude. **Are you interested in joining our team?** **Join HOVIMA Hotels and help create unforgettable experiences!** Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Contract Work Location: On-site
