Responsibilities:\*\* * Supervise and lead work crews on site, assigning tasks and verifying their proper execution. * Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety and environmental regulations. * Manage and control materials, tools, and equipment required for project execution. * Interpret technical drawings and specifications. * Coordinate with other departments and subcontractors to ensure correct project execution. * Solve problems and make quick decisions to ensure continuity of work. * Prepare daily progress reports and communicate any incidents to the site manager. * Participate in planning construction activities. * Ensure proper maintenance and use of machinery and equipment on site. Requirements:\*\* * Proven experience as a Foreman/Construction Supervisor on construction projects. * In-depth knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and equipment used in construction. * Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications. * Leadership, communication, and team management skills. * Knowledge of occupational health and safety and environmental regulations. * Ability to solve problems and make decisions under pressure. * Vocational training in construction or similar field (desirable). * Valid driver's license (desirable).es **Seize the challenge.
