REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, Economics, or related fields. * Analytical and proactive profile. * Minimum 3\-5 years of experience in similar positions. * Advanced knowledge of financial analysis and ERP systems. * Advanced proficiency in Excel and BI tools (Power BI). * Analytical ability and teamwork skills. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Preparation and oversight of financial and strategic reports for management. * Preparation and oversight of daily, weekly, and year-to-date (YTD) operational reports. * Preparation of operational and financial budgets, as well as forecasts. * Review and preparation of income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. * Development and monitoring of KPIs. * Monitoring and implementation of Capex controls. * Implementation and improvement of internal control procedures. * Support in developing business plans, investment analyses, and feasibility studies. * Coordination with other departments on IT projects and internal process improvements. * Other duties related to the position.
