As a **Site Construction \& Building Engineer**, you will be part of the construction team and your main **responsibilities** will include: * Coordinate and monitor the project, ensuring that construction work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, resources, and established timelines. * Review executed measurements. * Monitor control of materials used. * Ensure compliance with established quality and safety procedures. * Coordinate and supervise management of contracted suppliers, ensuring project development within agreed timelines and standards. * Coordinate and monitor documentation management related to construction activities. * Periodically visit assigned construction sites to monitor their progress. **To qualify, you must meet the following requirements:** * University degree preferably in architecture, engineering, or related fields. * 1 to 3 years of prior experience supervising construction projects in hotel complexes, from either an end-client or engineering consultancy perspective. * Knowledge: Construction and building (hotel complexes, installations, and equipment) / Technical design (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Lumion or similar) / Quantity takeoff and production monitoring in construction / Processing permits and construction licenses. * Languages: English and Spanish. * Computer skills: Office software and management systems (Construction / Technical Office / Finance).
