To continue our mission, we are seeking a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented **ACCOUNTING AND OPERATIONAL ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF** for our foundation. **✅**REQUIREMENTS: * Education in Accounting, Administration and Finance or similar fields. * Previous experience of at least 2 years in similar roles. * Experience in foundations will be valued. * Proficiency with office tools and accounting software. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and teamwork. * Knowledge of English will be positively considered. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Accounting of supplier and project invoices. * Preparation of payment covers for suppliers. * Issuance of sales invoices. * Settlement of payments and collections. * Bank reconciliation. * Recording of sales declarations from stores. * Management with suppliers and warehouse. * Contacting suppliers for stock replenishment and sourcing new products. * Coordination with the warehouse manager for: o Conducting monthly physical inventories. o Product labeling and merchandise transfer to stores. * Collection of donation boxes both inside and outside the facilities. * Handling of damaged coins through the Bank of Spain. **Do you want your work to make a real impact on the planet?** At Loro Parque Foundation, we offer you the chance to grow professionally while contributing to conservation projects around the world.
