NON-LIFE BENEFITS M.SPAIN 01/08/25** Location: Majadahonda **MISSION** The Non-Life Benefits Platform is an ecosystem of solutions that supports a functional domain of the company, specifically the management of benefits / claims in the lines of Auto, Health, Accident, Property, Funeral and Business insurance, both for individual and corporate clients, as well as individual and group policies. It also includes the management of services provided by MULTIMAP and seeks to unify all benefit management processes and relationships with MAPFRE Spain's providers. The Platform Manager is primarily responsible for ensuring that the platform operates according to both business and IT expectations, being accountable for its strategy, operations, and evolution. This includes managing the allocated budget, supervising the backlog, tracking costs (OPEX and CAPEX), and coordinating with development, security, operations, and architecture teams. Additionally, they must ensure SLA compliance, lead roadmap planning, facilitate integration with other platforms, and guarantee standardization and scalability of the services offered. **FUNCTIONS** "• Serve as the main co-responsible party for the platform, providing the technological vision to ensure its scalability, adaptability, connectivity, security, robustness, availability, and usability" "• In addition to overseeing the day-to-day operations of the ecosystem, you will be tasked with driving the platform from its current state (AS IS) to its defined future state (TO BE) through the execution of a project roadmap within the system transformation plan."
