If you are motivated and fit well within the team, we will invest in your growth within Gurpea. **Your daily responsibilities:** You will join the plant’s technical team, working in a demanding industrial environment where precision and quality are essential. Your main duties will include: * Performing preventive and corrective mechanical maintenance on plant equipment. * Diagnosing and resolving mechanical failures in production-critical machinery. * Working with cutting lines, roll-forming machines, high-frequency welding machines, drawing benches, uncoilers, automatic saws, and hydraulic presses. * Proposing and implementing technical improvements to enhance equipment reliability. * Recording all interventions for traceability and subsequent analysis. * Collaborating with Gurpea’s technical team and Aratubo’s maintenance personnel to ensure uninterrupted service. * Applying safety and quality protocols required in a technically demanding environment. **What we offer:** * Indefinite-term contract from day one. * Annual salary ranging from €28,000 to €33,000 (paid in 14 installments, excluding bonuses), commensurate with qualifications and experience. * A stable project within a solid and growing company. * Terms and conditions governed by the Steel and Metallurgical Industry Collective Agreement (14 installments). * Access to social benefits through flexible remuneration (e.g., childcare vouchers, private health insurance, etc.). **Requirements:** --------------- **What do you need to succeed?** * Higher vocational training degree (Grado Superior) in Mechanical Maintenance, Electromechanics, or a related field. * Experience in industrial maintenance (minimum 1 year recommended). * Solid knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. * Ability to diagnose and resolve equipment failures. * Proactive attitude, teamwork skills, and commitment to continuous improvement. * Availability to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night).
