The values guiding us toward excellence are collaboration, innovation, commitment, fun, and trust. **What do we value?** At least 5 years of experience as a **Platform Architect** or in similar roles related to platform architecture: * Experience in designing and implementing robust, scalable, and efficient software platforms. * Ability to analyze and understand strategic business requirements and translate them into technological solutions. * Experience working with development, architecture, and systems teams to align the platform with organizational needs. * Advanced knowledge of cloud architectures, especially **Google Cloud Platform, Azure, and Kubernetes environments**. * Experience with DevOps ecosystem tools and platforms such as: **GitLab, Jenkins, Backstage, Terraform, ArgoCD, Sonatype Nexus, OPA, Sigstore, Humanitec Platform, Score**, among others. * Knowledge of operating systems such as **RHEL**. * Familiarity with best practices for platform scalability, security, and maintenance. * Teamwork skills, technical leadership, and effective communication with multidisciplinary teams. **What would your responsibilities be?** * **Platform Design and Architecture**: Analyze the organization’s strategic requirements and design platforms that efficiently support their implementation, ensuring robustness, flexibility, and alignment with the technology strategy. * **Platform Implementation**: Implement technological solutions enabling application development and deployment, guaranteeing correct operation and evolution. * **Collaboration with Development Teams**: Work closely with development teams to ensure the platform adequately supports the software they are building. * **Scalability and Evolution**: Ensure the platform is scalable and capable of adapting to business growth and new requirements. * **Technical Support and Guidance**: Provide technical guidance and support to other teams within the organization, acting as a reference point for platform architecture. * **Technological Innovation**: Stay updated on technological trends and evaluate the integration of new tools or frameworks that add value to the platform. * **Architecture Documentation**: Document the platform’s design and architecture to facilitate maintenance, evolution, and knowledge transfer. * **Platform Roadmap Management**: Support the Senior Platform Engineer in defining and maintaining the platform roadmap. **Additionally, we highly value experience and/or knowledge in:** * Advanced cloud architectures (GCP, Azure) and deployments in **Kubernetes** environments. * DevOps and automation tools (CI/CD, IaC): **Terraform, Jenkins, GitLab, ArgoCD**. * Internal developer platforms (IDP) such as **Backstage or Humanitec**. * Software supply chain security (**OPA, Sigstore**). * Artifact management (**Sonatype Nexus**). * Knowledge of scalable and resilient platform design. * Experience with agile methodologies and collaborative work environments. **And with us, you can enjoy:** Permanent contract **100% REMOTE** Internal training and access to certifications.
