**Accounting, technology, and customer service — all in one role.** There are support roles where you simply follow a script. This is not one of them. At **Lidera Soluciones**, we’re looking to bring someone onto our Support team to help dealership and workshop customers resolve questions, incidents, and real-world issues when using **Spiga\+**, our management software for the automotive sector. Here, it’s not just about answering calls. It’s about understanding what’s happening, analyzing the problem, and guiding the customer step-by-step until a solution is found. **What we offer:** **Remote work for most of the week.** **Two mornings on-site.** **Flexible schedule — you choose.** **Our own proprietary technology product.** **A people-centered way of working.** **️ Salary range: €24,000–€28,000 SBA.** **Before you read further — let us introduce ourselves** We’re a team of over 100 people across **Spain and Colombia**. We develop **Spiga\+**, a technological solution used by dealerships, workshops, and importers to manage their daily operations. We’ve been active in the **automotive sector** for **20 years**, and we’re part of the **Salvador Caetano Group.** Above all, we believe in *responsibility*, *trust*, and *doing work well.* **Responsibilities** ---------- **Your mission** * You’ll be one of the key contacts for our customers when they need help with Spiga\+. * You’ll receive inquiries via phone, email, and our internal management tool. Some will be functional questions; others will require investigating what occurred, reviewing data, or understanding the accounting impact of a transaction. * Your job will be to listen, analyze, and deliver the best possible response. * When an issue requires another team’s involvement, you’ll identify the right group and escalate correctly — to Development, Systems, Migrations, or the relevant department. **On a typical day…** * Respond to customer queries and incidents via phone, email, and platform. * Analyze what’s happening and find the solution within Spiga\+. * Guide the customer step-by-step so they can resume their work. * Remotely connect when needed to review the case directly. * Resolve questions related to management and accounting processes. * Identify when an incident must be escalated to another team. * Accurately log each case and track it to resolution. * Deliver training on specific features or processes. * Participate in meetings with customers to understand their needs. * Share knowledge with the rest of the team and propose improvements. *We don’t expect you to know everything from day one.* *We do expect curiosity, sound judgment, and the desire to understand how all the pieces fit together.* **You’ll love this role if…** * You’re patient and able to stay calm under pressure. * You enjoy helping others and explaining things clearly and simply. * You listen carefully before responding. * You like digging deep until you fully understand what happened. * You’re comfortable using management tools and systems. * You learn quickly and aren’t intimidated by complex products. * You can juggle multiple tasks without losing focus. * You build trust — even when customers reach out worried or frustrated. **Requirements** -------------- **One thing matters greatly: accounting knowledge** Spiga\+ manages a large portion of dealerships’ and workshops’ daily activities — many of which have direct accounting implications. Customers will talk about accounts, balance sheets, banks, inventories, costs, or reconciliations. That’s why we need you to have **practical accounting knowledge.** We’re not only looking for someone who studied accounting years ago. We need someone who understands how it works and can confidently discuss accounting concepts in real conversations. You don’t need to be a certified accountant — but accounting shouldn’t sound like a foreign language to you. **What we need to get started:** * Practical accounting knowledge. * Experience in customer service, technical support, administration, or similar roles. * Ability to use computer tools and learn new systems. * Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. * Degree in Business Administration and Management, Business Studies, Administration and Finance, or a related field. * Experience working with ERP or management software. * Good command of English. **Nice-to-have qualifications:** * Knowledge of the automotive sector. * Experience at dealerships, workshops, or after-sales services. * Experience with DMS solutions such as Spiga\+, Autoline, Quiter, or similar. *We don’t expect to find someone who meets every single criterion.* *But we do need genuine accounting foundations, strong learning ability, and a close, professional approach to customer interaction.* **Benefits** -------------- **What you’ll find here:** **Real flexibility:** ️ You’ll organize your own workday. ️ We work remotely and meet on-site two mornings per week. ️ Flexibility isn’t just a line in the job ad — it’s embedded in how we operate. **A proprietary product:** ️ You won’t jump from project to project without ever getting to know them. ️ You’ll contribute to the evolution of Spiga\+, our own technology product with over 20 years of history. ️ What you analyze, document, and test will go into production and be used by our customers. **Autonomy supported by teamwork:** ️ You’ll have space to organize your work, take initiative, and propose improvements. ️ You’ll also have colleagues to share knowledge with, ask questions, and co-create solutions. Autonomy doesn’t mean working alone. **Technology grounded in reality:** ️ You’ll work on real needs — those of dealerships, workshops, customers, and suppliers. ️ Here, technology has immediate application — and the results of your work are visible. **A stable project offering continued growth:** ️ We’re looking for someone who can grow steadily in this role, progressively deepen their expertise, and take on new challenges over time. ️ We offer specialized training, mentoring, job stability, and immediate onboarding. **Does this suit you?** Send us your application. We want to know what you’ve done — but also how you think, what you’d like to learn, and what you’re looking for in your next project. And of course, feel free to ask us anything you need to decide whether Lidera is the right place for you. We look forward to hearing from you!
