Currently, as a personnel recruitment consultancy, we are seeking, on behalf of our client, a professional experienced in **topographic surveys, setting-out, and civil works control**, within a leading construction and infrastructure environment. **Responsibilities** --------------------- * Conduct field topographic surveys using GPS equipment, total stations, and drones, ensuring maximum accuracy in data acquisition. * Prepare drawings, digital terrain models, and present technical information for integration into projects. * Collaborate with the site team on setting-out tasks, progress monitoring, and verification of executed works. * Monitor construction execution to ensure correct interpretation of drawings and technical specifications. * Manage and organize technical documentation related to surveys, setting-out, and controls. **Requirements** -------------- * Degree in Technical Engineering in Surveying or equivalent. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in civil engineering, building construction, or infrastructure projects involving surveying and control tasks. * Advanced proficiency in surveying software (AutoCAD, Civil3D, MDT, or other industry-standard programs). * Up-to-date knowledge of current regulations applicable to the construction sector. * Valid driving license class B and willingness to travel between project sites. ### **Preferred Qualifications (to be considered during selection)** * Experience using drones for **photogrammetry and terrain modeling**. * Knowledge of BIM technology applied to surveying and civil engineering. * Ability to work effectively in teams, results-oriented mindset, and adaptability to dynamic environments. **What the Company Offers** --------------------------- * Stable integration into a continuously developing technical team, working on industry-referenced projects. * Continuous training in innovative technologies applied to surveying and construction. * Collaborative environment offering opportunities for professional development and internal growth. * Permanent employment contract and full-time schedule. * Competitive and attractive compensation package, commensurate with the candidate’s experience and professional value.
