**Purpose of the Role:** We are seeking a versatile Software Engineer with strong backend development expertise in one or more of the following languages: Rust, Kotlin, Python, and Node.js. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building high\-performance services, thrives on solving complex system\-level problems, and values clean, scalable architecture. You will be part of a fast\-paced R\&D environment, contributing to the development of scalable and secure backend systems powering our cybersecurity and network intelligence products. You'll work closely with cross\-functional teams—including mobile engineers, DevOps, QA, and Product—to deliver end\-to\-end solutions for global service providers and enterprises. **Key Responsibilities:** * Design, develop, and maintain efficient backend services, APIs, and infrastructure components. * Collaborate with frontend/mobile teams to ensure seamless integration of features. * Write clean, maintainable, and performant code in Rust, Kotlin, Python, or Node.js. * Use generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot) to accelerate development, improve quality, and streamline documentation and testing. * Participate in system architecture and design discussions. * Work closely with QA, Product, and DevOps teams to ensure rapid, reliable, and high\-quality releases. * Stay current with modern backend trends and tooling, especially those enabling AI\-assisted workflows. * Thrive in fast\-paced, cross\-functional teams and embrace collaborative engineering. Requirements: **Required Skills \& Experience:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. * 3\+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong backend focus. * Proficiency in at least two of the following: Rust, Kotlin (server\-side), Python, Node.js. * Experience designing and working with RESTful APIs and/or messaging systems (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ). * Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and infrastructure as code. * Understanding of scalable systems and distributed architectures. * Experience with CI/CD pipelines and agile development practices. * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills. * Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
