At Inmunotek, we are growing and therefore need to incorporate a Manufacturing Planning Technician into our Planning Department at our San Sebastián de los Reyes plant. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Developing and managing the master manufacturing plan, ensuring demand fulfillment and service-level objectives are met. * Coordinating manufacturing order planning based on productive capacity and material availability. * Monitoring plan execution, identifying deviations, and proposing corrective actions. * Collaborating closely with Production, Logistics, Procurement, and Quality to ensure operational continuity. * Analyzing planning and performance indicators (KPIs), driving continuous improvement initiatives. * Participating in planning meetings and in decision-making related to productive capacity. * Managing incidents arising from changes in demand, material availability, or manufacturing priorities. #### **Minimum Requirements** * University degree in Engineering, Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related field. * Minimum of 2 years’ experience in manufacturing planning or Supply Chain within the pharmaceutical, chemical, or related sectors. * Knowledge of production planning, capacity management, and inventory control. * Experience working with Access and planning tools. * Sufficient English proficiency to operate effectively in an international environment. * Strong analytical skills, results orientation, organizational and planning abilities, communication skills, and cross-functional collaboration capabilities. #### **Employment Conditions** * Permanent contract. * Remuneration commensurate with candidate qualifications. * Private health insurance. * Full-time schedule, Monday to Friday, morning shift. * You will have the opportunity to work for an established company in the pharmaceutical industry, supporting your continued professional development. #### **Why Join Us?** At Inmunotek, we strive to build a more diverse and inclusive workplace, focusing on people’s talent rather than labels.
