In this role, you will join the technical support team responsible for Johnson Controls’ security systems—helping ensure our solutions—including video surveillance, alarms, access control, and more—operate with maximum reliability at all times. We are looking for a **Technical Support Technician in Electronic Security** to provide first- and second-level support, resolve incidents, perform remote diagnostics, and participate in basic maintenance activities. The selected candidate will have the opportunity to work with industry-leading technologies and directly contribute to customer satisfaction and operational continuity. **What Will Be Your Responsibilities?** * Manage incidents by responding to, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues via the ticketing system, ensuring response times aligned with SLAs. * Perform remote diagnostics and support by analyzing logs, verifying connectivity and system functionality, guiding customers through basic tests, and escalating cases when necessary. * Execute basic preventive and corrective maintenance following established procedures and corresponding checklists. * Provide support during configuration and validation of new installations, system expansions, and functional testing of security systems—including CCTV, alarms, and access control. * Rigorously document all interventions, status updates, and reports generated in the ticketing system or knowledge base. * Collaborate with field and project teams to ensure compliance with technical standards, applicable regulations, and internal company policies. **What Profile Do We Need?** Medium or Higher Vocational Training Cycle in Electronics, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Security Systems, or related fields; equivalent training with relevant experience is also valued. Knowledge of security hardware, including CCTV, IP cameras, alarm systems, access control, and sensors. Understanding of IP networking and basic connectivity—including cabling, switches, and diagnostics. Basic proficiency with video surveillance and access control management software, as well as general awareness of applicable sector regulations and standards. Customer orientation and ability to effectively resolve technical problems. Analytical capability to diagnose incidents and apply appropriate solutions. Strong communication and teamwork skills, enabling effective collaboration with customers and internal teams.
