Main responsibilities * Supervise and accompany students during their daily life in the boarding school. * Foster a positive, safe, and respectful coexistence environment. * Participate in educational, cultural, sports, and leisure activities. * Motivate students and contribute to the development of their personal and social skills. * Manage conflict situations through dialogue, empathy, and respectful negotiation. * Collaborate with the educational team in monitoring and supporting students' well-being. * Plan and organize activities that promote personal development, autonomy, and entrepreneurial spirit among students. Requirements * Excellent level of English, both spoken and written. * Demonstrated experience or skills in student management and mentoring. * Ability to connect with, motivate, and build trust among young people. * Professional, responsible, and committed attitude. * Strong communication and teamwork skills. * Ability to manage and resolve conflicts respectfully and constructively. * Adaptability and resilience when facing unexpected or challenging situations. * Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to receive and apply constructive feedback. * Commitment to educational values, holistic student development, and positive coexistence.
