Good working environment At Seguridad Estructural SL, we are incorporating a Structural Draftsperson into a permanent role at our office in Las Rozas de Madrid. ABOUT US An established engineering firm with over 20 years of experience, specializing in structural calculation and consulting for building structures. We regularly work on large-scale building projects with prominent clients. RESPONSIBILITIES \- Drafting structural projects, primarily reinforced concrete (and also steel). \- BIM modeling of structures, typically LOD\-300\. \- Structural quantity takeoffs using Presto. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS \- Minimum 3 years of experience drafting concrete structures in technical offices / engineering firms. \- Expert-level AutoCAD proficiency. \- Advanced-level Revit and structural BIM modeling skills. \- Education: Higher Vocational Training (FP) in Building Construction or Construction Projects, Architect, Technical Architect, or Technical Engineer, with specific training in Revit/BIM for structures. \- Committed, responsible, reliable, and detail-oriented individual. ADDITIONAL ASSETS \- Experience in steel structures. \- Proficiency in quantity takeoffs using Presto.
