Labor and Administration Technician

**Description:** ---------------- Grupo Reacciona is a corporate group of legal services composed of several specialized companies. **What are we looking for?** We are seeking to incorporate into our HR team a Labor and Administration Technician with solid experience in payroll and labor relations. You will be part of a dynamic team, with direct visibility over the group's entire labor management and real autonomy to propose process improvements. **Your responsibilities** * Management and updating of labor documentation (contracts, registrations, terminations, data modifications). * Internal preparation and control of payroll, from start to finish. * Calculation, processing, and submission of Social Security contributions (RED System, TGSS). * Preparation and submission of tax forms related to withholdings (Form 111 and Form 190\). * Cost control and analysis. * Monitoring of contract expiration dates, trial periods, and extensions. * Preparation of certificates and internal communications related to labor relations. * Support in interpreting and applying collective bargaining agreements. * Updating of databases. * Collaboration with the HR team on cross-functional administrative tasks. **Requirements:** --------------- Education in Labor Relations. Three years of experience in a similar role involving personnel administration, payroll, or labor relations. Solid knowledge of labor legislation and Social Security regulations. Knowledge of tax matters related to withholdings (Forms 111 and 190\). Experience managing the full payroll cycle. Experience in cost control. Experience with payroll management software (SAGE or others) is desirable.
