Present in 12 countries, we specialize in the investment, design, construction, and management of large-scale projects across sectors such as **Concessions, Energy, and Infrastructure.** We seek to welcome you to our team as a **parking assistant** in Collado Villalba. Responsibilities: * Control of vehicle access and egress, and operation of installed automated devices for entry/exit control, * Operation of machinery available at the workplace and ensuring its proper functioning. * Knowledge of power and lighting controls to maintain appropriate levels of lighting and ventilation throughout the workplace at all times. * Answering telephone calls and collecting fees for services rendered. * Performing routine cleaning of premises; starting up or shutting down motors, electrical panels, lighting systems, elevators, ATMs, and other electronic equipment; as well as performing primary maintenance, lubrication, basic painting, cleaning of grilles, drains, and trash bins. * Organizing and positioning vehicles inside the parking facility, whenever required by site specifications. Requirements: * Minimum 1 year of relevant experience. * Installer’s license is desirable. * Availability for rotating shifts.
